Echinacea is a pink

wildflower that has been used for centuries for fighting off

illnesses. Is used to boost immune system, antiviral, and reduces inflammation. Take at the first sign of symptoms to help reduce sickness time. Take only when sick or are getting sick as this is an immune boosting herb. Immune boosting herbs shouldn’t be taken everyday so as not to make you immune system overtired.
