-Raw Cacao Powder

-Rosemary

-Cardamom

-Ginger

-Cinnamon

-Rosehips

-Lions Mane Mushroom Powder

Add 1-2 tablespoon to milk that has been heated on the stove. Paired best with a little bit of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
